In the first 3 pressings, inner sleeve is thin cardboard, black, with the KISS Army logo on one side and the words "Detroit rock city" on the other.
The 1st pressing inner sleeve opens at the side, and later-pressing inner sleeves open at the top.
The 4th pressing had a plain white sleeve. Also the printing on the promotional label is different from the printing on the regular (non-promo) 1st pressing.
